Shipping and Delivery
Sales Tax

Sales tax on your order is only charged if you are a Florida resident or shipping to a Florida address.  The Florida sales tax rate is 7.5%.

Shipping and Delivery charges are based on the following:

  • the delivery company
  • the weight, size and dimensions of your item(s)
  • your shipping preferences

Standard Shipping – Continental U.S.

The following standard rates are per recipient address (multiple destinations will incur multiple shipping and handling fees):

For orders over $300.01, shipping and handling fees are 10% of the purchase price. Standard delivery orders are shipped via ground services and generally will arrive in 7 to 14 business days.

Estimated Shipping Dates

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our company. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors including your destination address and demand for certain catalog items.

Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. It’s entirely possible for an item that hasn’t shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within our stated delivery estimate.

Changing Your Shipping Address

As long as your order has not shipped or is “shipping soon,” you may change the shipping address. Here’s how:

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We’re unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If you need to have items in your order shipped to multiple addresses, please place individual orders for each shipping address.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons:

  • P.O.Box format. We do not ship to P.O.Boxes and require a physical street address to ship the order to.
  • Destination problems. Some organizations have strict delivery restrictions for their residents. These rules are determined independently and may vary.
  • Illegible label. In rare cases it is possible that the address became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
  • Failed delivery attempt. Most of our carriers make one to three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise may require a signature. After the attempts at delivery, either a note will be left on your door or the package will be returned to us and either an e-mail sent to you or a phone call placed prior to issuing a refund (excluding shipping charges).
  • Refused by recipient. If a recipient is not expecting a package they may refuse it if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send the order you may want to re-order it and let the recipient know that a package is on the way.

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us we’ll either send an e-mail or place a call to you prior to issuing a refund (excluding shipping charges).

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable you are welcome to place another order with us using a new shipping address.
